We act as your outsourced technical office: we analyze the application and select the processing technology that ensures the best TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
Machining from solid
We apply Scientific Molding principles: we monitor cavity pressure, temperature, and viscosity for every shot.

LEGITIMATE QUESTIONS
The advantage is not just on the mold cost (-50%), but on the part cost. For scheduled projects, transport time (4-5 weeks by sea) is easily manageable with a safety stock that we can hold for you in Italy. You amortize the mold in half the time and gain margin on every single molded part.
This is a common practice among low-cost suppliers, but not with us. We perform laboratory tests (MFI and density) on incoming batches to ensure the polymer is virgin and complies with the technical data sheet. We only use compounds from certified manufacturers.
We guarantee the mold life for a contractually agreed number of cycles (e.g., 300,000 or 1 million shots). Routine and extraordinary maintenance is at our expense for the entire guaranteed useful life. You will have no hidden mold restoration costs.
Absolutely. We can purchase raw materials from the global distributors specified in your requirements or propose certified Asian equivalents (with the same technical characteristics) if your goal is further savings. The choice is yours.
We define the “Limit Sample” and the inspection area together before production. Parts are 100% visually inspected at the factory and individually packed (e.g., in PE bags or bubble wrap) to avoid damage during transport.
